1.) Production Manager
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Plan inputs and consumable for the mill operationsProgramme operations of the millProgramme inputs and operations of the packing plantPlan budget for cement mill and packing plant in line with management guidelinesEnsures optimal performance of the mill and packing plantEnsure optimal performance by subordinates/personnel when at dutyEnsures cement quality is in line with acceptable Nigerian standardEnsures maintenance of all analysis recordsPrepares mill charge for the cement millEnsures that all safety standards are complied withMaintain drainage linesEnsures evacuation of spillage for hitch free operationsAny other duties that may be assigned from time to time.Minimum Qualification
Applicant must possess B.Sc in Chemical Engineering with minimum of 10 years relevant post qualification experience.2.) Maintenance Manager
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Communicates directly with the operations department to coordinate maintenance and repair work in process areas.Implement programs and procedures required to ensure plant cleanlinessMonitors operations of plant equipment and system. Reviews the operation of plant equipment and systems constantly, to minimize unplanned downtime, anticipate solve problems in a timely manner, and to identify opportunities for improvement.Establish and maintain a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for tracking work orders, spare parts, and maintenance history of plant equipmentPrepares reports, analyze data, and makes recommendations for improving plant operations and solving maintenance related problems.Initiates and carries out projects that improve efficiency and/or reduce operating costsMonitors the use and inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies and equipment and initiates reordering when necessary.Any other duties that may be assigned from time to timeMinimum Qualification:
Candidates must possess B.sc in Mechanical or Electrical/Electronic Engineering with minimum of 10 years relevant post qualification experience.
3.) Quality Control Manager
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Plans, coordinates and direct quality control program designed to ensure continuous production of products consistent with established standardsDevelops and analyzes statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of finished productResponsible for Quality control program implementationFormulates and maintains quality control objectives and coordinates objectives with production procedures in cooperation with production procedures in cooperation with other plant managers to maximize product reliability and minimize costs.Direct, through intermediate personnel, workers engaged in inspection and testing activities to ensure continuous control over materials, facilities and productsPlan, promotes and organizes training activities related to product quality and reliability. May investigate and adjust customer complaints regarding qualityAny other duties that may be assigned from time to time.Minimum Qualification:
Applicant must possess B.sc in chemical Engineering/Lab Science with minimum of 10 yeas relevant qualification experience4.) Analyst (Chemical Lab)

Applicants must possess B.Sc/HND in Laboratory Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering with minimum of 3 years relevant post qualification experience.5.) Analyst (Physical Lab)
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Carries out physical test and record resultsAlerts mill or packaging plant as the case may beReport findings to the Quality Control ManagerAdhere to safety standardsAny other duties that may be assigned from time to time.Minimum Qualification
Applicant must possess B.sc/HND in Laboratory Technology with good knowledge of chemistry or physics plus 3 years relevant post qualification experience.6.) Control Analyst
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Ensures finesseManage the setting timeCarries out analysis on hourly or half hourly basisReport findings to the Quality Control ManagerAny other duties that may be assigned from time to time.Minimum Qualification:
Applicant should have B.sc, HND Laboratory Technology with good knowledge of chemistry or physics plus 3 years relevant post qualification experience.7.) Store Officers
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Raise Goods Receipt Notes on delivered items and to notify the requesting department for inspectionReceive the original LPO, Waybill and invoice from suppliers and raise a goods received sheet and forward document to procurementTake note of short supply and may and any damage goods on delivery and to notify the supplier and the procurementTo stock accepted items in their location following the existing coding system and to maintain proper records in the stores ledger and bin cardsTo issue out requested stock following due process and to record stock movement in the cardex cards and stores ledger and to notify the inventory officer of any stock shortagesTo prepare daily stock levels of routine production materials, fuels and lubricantsTo participate in periodic stock taking and checkingAny other duties that may be assigned from time to time.Minimum Qualification
Applicant must possess HND in Purchasing and Supply plus 5 years relevant post qualification experience.8.) Supervisor
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Supervises the activities of the Technicians in the packing plantEnsures that the packing plant runs optimallyEnsures that all safety standards are complied withAny other duties that may be assigned from time to timeMinimum Qualification
Applicant should have HND in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineer with 3 years’ post qualification experience or OND in Mechanical Engineering with 5 years post qualification experience.9.) Production Manager

Main Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure optimal operations of the millAdequate supervision of the shift duty crewManages the activities of the various shifts in the millPreparation of duty rosterPrioritizing job for the shift crewEnsuring adherence to safety rules and regulationsAny other duties that may be assigned to him from time to time.Minimum Qualification
Applicants must have B.sc/HND, or B.Eng. in Mechanical, Chemical and Production engineering or its equivalent with 5 years relevant post qualification experience.15.) Cement Mill Operators

Main Duties and Responsibilities
Must diagnose mechanical problems in order to effect repairs in the Cement Mill and Packaging plant.Should be able to use different types of lubricants effectively when servicing engines and equipmentRead rule micrometer in order to determine sizesUse technical drawing when dismantling and assembling enginesUnderstand different spanners for different operationsAny other duties that may be assigned to him from time to time.Minimum Qualification
Applicant must possess Mechanical Engineering Technicians certificate or its equivalent qualification plus government Trade Test Certificate with 5 years post qualification experience.17.) Electricians
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Must diagnose electrical problems in order to effect repairs in the Cement Mill and Packing plant.Maintenance of transformers and insulatorsConduct periodic checks to ensure efficient operationTake periodic readings for record purposes maintenance of HT and LT circuit breakersAny other duties that may be assigned from time to time.Minimum Qualification
Applicants must possess Electrical Engineering Technicians certificate or its equivalent qualification plus government Trade Test Certificate with 5 years post qualification experience.18.) Cement Mill Attendants
Main Duties and Responsibilities
General cleaning and maintenance of the cement millTakes instructions from the cement mill operatorsAssist the cement mill Technicians in the discharge of their dutiesAny other duties that may be assigned from time to time.Minimum Qualification
Applicants should have FSLC plus 2 years post qualification experience.19.) Supervisor
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervises the activities of the Technicians in the workshopEnsures that the workshop runs optimallyEnsures that all safety standards are complied withAny other duties that may be assigned from time to time.Minimum Qualification:
Applicant must have B.Eng/HND Engineering with 3 years post qualification experience or OND in Mechanical Engineering plus 5 years post qualification experience.20.) Welders

Prepares surface of materials to be weldedShould work with less supervisionRead drawings and must translate it into weldingMust be able to join by bracing non-ferrous metalMust be able to use hand tools to perform welding work effectivelyAny other duties that may be assigned from time to time.Minimum Qualification

Main Duties and Responsibilities
Read drawings and translate it into machiningRead rule to understand the size of jobRead information chart to be able to set a lathe machine, tapping size etcUse grinding tools to generate correct shapeUse conventional drilling machine to drill through hole.Use milling machine to generate slot, flat surface ect.Work with less supervisionAny other duties that may be assigned from time to time.Minimum Qualification
Applicant should have Mechanical Engineering Technicians Certificate or its equivalent qualification plus government Trade Test Certificate with 5 years post qualification experience.23.) Electrician
Main Duties and Responsibilities

Main Duties and Responsibilities
Repairs mechanical faults on the pay loaderEnsures that the pay loader is in good condition at all timesAny other duties that may be assigned to him from time to time.Minimum Qualification

27.) Weighbridge Operator
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Weighs trucks in and out of the plantTakes records of trucksEnsures that trucks goes in and out with only the amount of product paid forReports any identified irregularity to the Chief Security OfficerAny other duties that may be assigned to him from time to timeMinimum Qualification:
Applicant should have SSCE plus 5 years relevant post qualification experience.28.) Generator Operator
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Operates the plant and estate generatorsCarries out servicing and repair works on the generatorsEnsures that the generators are in good condition at all timesAny other duties that may be assigned to him from time to time.Minimum Qualification

29.) Crusher Operator
Main Duties and Responsibilities
