1.)  Chief Operating Officer- Ref:  OG/01

The Role
This role entails responsibilities and accountability for managing and coordinating all company activities.

Key responsibilities:
Responsible for managing all areas of operations to ensure revenues, profits and return on investment are maximized. 2.)  Group Business Development Manager – Ref: OG/02

The Role
This role entails giving attention to business development and exploiting the business opportunities presented by the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop overall marketing and corporate communications strategy for all the subsidiary companies Facilitate client development through marketing and client services programs, Investigate and understand the economic conditions surrounding the business activity Advice the company on changes in the industry Adopt team approach; work with others in pursuing common goals, Understand the skills and qualities required for the growth of the business.
