Our client, a fast-growing Media Independent Agency, provides innovative, effective and efficient media solutions for its clients. As part of on-going efforts to provide top quality media solutions that will elevate the media function beyond its present pedestrian level, our client is seeking a seasoned professional as Account DirectorReporting to the Managing Director, your key responsibility will be to manage relationships across key client accounts, ensuring seamless interface between the agency and clients, and maximum client satisfaction.You will also provide thought leadership and strategic direction on campaign ideation and execution, as well as manage your team to deliver optimally on accounts.
You will be degree qualified in the Arts or Social Sciences and have between 7–10 years IMC experience, with 3–5 years in a media independent.
A track record in developing brand strategy, knowledge of current media and marketing issues and competence in data usage and analysis will be vital.
Excellent analytical, presentation and managerial skills are also essential.
Applicants with prior experience in brand management working with multinational companies, will also be considered.This position is to be filled immediately. The remuneration and benefits available will be commensurate with the anticipated demands of the role.
