Database backups on a daily basis
Day to day system administration
Oracle: daily data management tasks
Operating systems: technical tasks
Work on interfaces including ISO/USSD
Monitoring and testing of networks
Assisting with remote agent support and connectivity
Answering all customer technical queries as redirected through the Customer Services Centre
Perform all other necessary tasks as required
2 years experience in cards/mobile payment finance, fully integrated in all aspects of settlement and daily reconciliation process
Degree in the social Sciences
Detailed understanding of the operational aspects of payment cards, mobile payments and banking industry
Should be Computer literate
