In this job role based in both Lagos and Abuja, the employee will be a young, independent thinking, energetic, detail orientated, proactive, and customer focused person with the ability to prioritize work, liaise with team members, and work as an individual to help achieve the multi-million Naira target set for this department. The Sales and Field Support Executive is responsible for identifying business opportunities, driving revenue growth, expanding the current customer base, and successfully meeting all product sales targets.
The position is a varied, hands-on role and requires a confident and experienced professional who is competent at all levels: from managing events up right up to handling daily face to face sales, sales pitches, and other activities. Typically job duties would include communicating effectively with Leads, customers & prospects while directing, identifying, & concluding on new sales prospects. A strong record of prior outside sales success and the confidence to develop and maintain quality relationships is a must while experience in working closely with leads and potential customers/clients in an assigned territory will be an added advantage.
The ideal candidate will provide dynamic, proactive, and aggressive marketing and have 1-3 years experience with a good first degree and relevant experience in retail sales is a requisite. This role is a target based role and applicants must be aware that a set amount of income generation is expected each month.
