Job Description: OFFICE/UNIT ADMINISTRATOR

Location: Abuja, Nigeria.

Job Qualification:

All interested applicants must possess at least five years of consistent office management and secretarial experience in a professional environment.

Bachelor’s degree/Higher National Diploma with a minimum of second class honors.

Maintaining filing systems and schedules/calendars.

Candidates must possess the ability to review newspapers/journals to provide relevant information, as well conduct searches with the aid of the internet.

Taking and preparing minutes of meetings.

Candidates must be able to prepare proposals, reports and other correspondences with the aid of various computer applications.

Applicants/candidates must possess the ability to operate office equipment such as fax, photocopier, printers, etc.

Applicants/candidates must be more than 30 years of Age by May 2012
