Excel Professional Services Limited - Our client is a leading manufacturer of top-line products for the building and construction industry, reputed for its international brands. As part of on-going effort at strengthening its managerial capacity, the company recently engaged our services to fill the following strategic positions on its organization structure:
1.) Finance Controller - ES 127
Responsibilities This position reports to the Deputy Managing Director and has overall management responsibility for the firm's finance and accounting function. The requirement is for candidates with very good university degrees and membership of one of the recognized institutes of chartered accountants. The successful candidate must have acquired a minimum of ten years relevant post-qualification experience in reputable organisations, five of which must be at managerial level. The possession of an MBA degree and strong IT skills, including Oracle ERP System, will offer distinct advantages. Candidates must also be versatile in International Financial Reporting Standards (I FRS).
2.) Marketing Manager - ES 128
Responsibilities The Marketing Manager will lead a team of highly resourceful marketing executives and be responsible for initiating policies, developing plans and executing strategies approved for securing market dominance for the company's products. The search is for self-assured candidates with a first degree in social sciences or other business related disciplines. Membership of a recognized professional institute of marketing and a minimum of ten years relevant post-qualification experience is required to qualify for consideration.
3.) Training Manager - ES 129
Responsibilities This position is responsible for implementing the company's learning and talent development strategies. The requirement is for a learning management professional with a minimum of ten years hands-on experience in training needs analysis, development of competency-based training plans, and training facilitation. Membership of CIPMN or other recognized international HR or Training professional bodies is essential to function in this role.General Information
