OTR Installation Operations LeaderAn Installation Operations Leader will drive the regional site planning, site preparation and installation processes to achieve customer satisfaction and company success. Coordinate and coach the OTR Installation specialist teams to drive key OTR processes.Sales Backlog : Manage the backlog with the Installation Specialists. Follow up on Logistics and custom clearance cycle. Track the pre-installation activities and the site readiness. Coordinate the regional installation schedule. Work cross functionaly with the Services and Sales teams to forecast the installation and application training resources.Optimisation of operations : Lead the training programs for the Installation Specialists. Manage the regional Installation third party suppliers; control their activities and results. Control and minimize Siting and Installation costs and cycles. Ensure integrity and speed of reporting in Information systems. Identify productivity and quality iprovements opportunities. Lead the implementation of simplification and enhancement programs.
Final Acceptance : Ensure compliance, handover and reporting procedures are followed. Support the customer’s acceptance process.
EHS : Follow and comply with existing EHS rules and procedures. Lead the EHS activities and programs for the OTR regional team in compliance with the environmental health and safety policies.
1. Bachelor’s degree2. 6+ years of project management experience with Field operational experience

7. Technical background. Knowledge in electricity, mechanics, physics, civil works, Microsoft Office products.
8. Proven ability to orchestrate resources and motivate teams.
9. Fluent in English and local languages with strong written and verbal skills to communicate effectively with a diverse workforce1. Technical Qualification preferred
2. Experience with large-scale project management; construction or installations.
3. High energy personality, that thrives working in difficult and pressurized circumstances.
4. Good Time management skills.
5. Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
6. Knowledge or experience with the healthcare industry; knowledge of GE Healthcare products.
7. Previous Sales experience.
