Etisalat's vision is a world where people’s reach is not limited by matter or distance; a world where people will effortlessly stay in touch with family and friends; a world where businesses of all sizes can reach new markets without the limitations of distance and travel Etisalat Nigeria is recruiting to fill the below position of: Job Title: Manager - CSR        Location: Lagos,NGJob Summary        Develop and implement strategic initiatives in line with the company s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) objectivesPrincipal Functions         Keep abreast of global and local best practice with regard to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) generally, and the unit s activities specifically Assist in driving the company s sustainability agenda, and build the brand reputation as a responsible and caring organization Assist in continuously reviewing the unit s activities, make recommendations for improvement and implement approved initiatives to ensure enhanced performance of the team and company s objectives Formulate new initiatives to sustain the company s strategic plan Ensure alignment between the unit s activities and the approved CSR policy; update the policy and process as required Assist in identifying required resources, personnel and funding to achieve the unit s strategy Establish and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders Co-ordinate the preparation and compilation of the annual CSR strategic plan and ensure timely implementation Analyze feedback/ any issues arising from CSR initiatives Implement the unit s work programmes and plans in line with agreed procedures and guidelines Plan and manage the human and material resources of the unit to optimize performance, boost morale and enhance productivity Manage inter-functional relations to ensure synergy across the various departmental functions Provide leadership and guidance to team members and manage subordinates  performance towards the achievement of overall team objectives Monitor and control the budgetary needs of the unit Prepare/ compile agreed periodic activity and performance reports for the attention of the Director-Brand and Communications Perform any other duties as assigned by the Director-Brand and CommunicationsEducational Requirements         First degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline Postgraduate/ professional qualification in a related field will provide a distinct advantageExperience,Skills & Competencies        Between six (6) and eight (8) years directly relevant post-NYSC work experience, with at least most recent three (3) years in a supervisory or specialist-level roleApplication Closing Date26th February, 2013Method of ApplicationInterested and qualified candidates should:Click here to apply onlineNote: When the page comes up click on New Jobs (Last 7 days),  then click on Manager - CSR
