Baker Hughes is currently seeking a Commercial Specialist to join their operations in Nigeria, performing all duties in a safe and efficient manner in line with Baker Hughes safety, quality, and operational procedures.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
Provides contracts management, tender and pricing support for an assigned region.Assists in preparation of bids, tenders, and other customer quotations in support of commercial activities.Reviews,drafts, and modifies oilfield contracts to comply with company commercial contracting guidelines.Under direct supervision, issues quotations of products/services to field operations and/or customer.Interfaces with domestic/international operations or customers.Responsible for pricing a particular product line/system.Handles special projects as assigned.Participates in internal/external audits.ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.2+ years experience in related field.OTHER DETAILS
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Knowledge of policies and procedures of pricing/quotations department.Knowledge of product line/systems.Knowledge of domestic /international law for a particular geographic area.Bilingual is a plus.Ability to travel.Knowledge of SAP and Excel.
