Strategic leadershipFraming, Exploration and Execution of Business StrategyBudgetting and achievment of revenue/budget forecastsDevelopment of the organisational Structure in Nigeria and West AfricaImplementation of the organisations approved operational plansEnsure effectiveness and efficiency of the organisations internal processesEnsure optimal management of the company's financial, human and material resourcesResponsibility for overall operations in agreed geographical areas and adherence to global and local service standards while ensuring regulatory complianceCo-ordinate day to day activites of the companyKey Driver of Business development and ExpansionMBA/Minimum of 15 Years cognate experience, five of wich must be at a top management position in a recognised corporate organisation globallyKnowledge and insights of current trends in the power sector or the oil and gas sector must be able to lead the development of critical infrastracture/projects and create new business platformsRelevant professional qualifications will be an added advantageA degree in Engineering will be an added advantage
