Job Position: Customer Service Representative


Job Description:


  • Interact with the company’s customers to provide them with information to address inquiries regarding products and services.

  • Deal with and help resolve any customer complaints.

  • Maintain office files and documents

  • Receiving incoming mails on behalf of the company

  • Checking customers balance

  • Solving issues relating to customer complaint

  • Excellent and effective oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a team

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Integrity and honesty

Qualification/Requirements:


  • Minimum HND certificate holder.

  • Quality focus.

  • Fresh graduate with recent NYSC leaving certificate.

  • Customer service.

  • Market knowledge.

  • Communication skills.
