Job Description:
- Interact with the company’s customers to provide them with information to address inquiries regarding products and services.
- Deal with and help resolve any customer complaints.
- Maintain office files and documents
- Receiving incoming mails on behalf of the company
- Checking customers balance
- Solving issues relating to customer complaint
