With its African headquarters situated in Abuja, Nigeria, the Company has a mission 'To solve challenging performance problems of companies and organizations using ICT through IT Advisory, IT Project Management, System Integration and IT Training and Support'.<br />Quanteq is now an approved Prometric and Pearson VUE Test Centre; as such it is in need of a Prometric Test Centre Administrator who will be in-charge of the affairs of, and day-to-day operations of its Test Centre. <br /><br /><strong>Job Title: Prometric Test Centre Administrator</strong><br /><br />Job Location: Abuja<br /><strong><br />Job Description: </strong> The Prometric TCA is to be responsible for the following: Provide secure exam delivery and superior customer service in a comfortable and friendly environment. Monitor examinees while they are taking tests. Maintain a secure testing environment. Communicate with other internal departments to investigate and fix technical issues as appropriate. Strictly adhere to company policies using careful judgment. Carry out marketing activities in order to create awareness on, and build a customer base for the Prometric Centre. Assist in the administrative duties of the Training Unit.<strong>Competencies</strong><br />The desired competencies for this role are : Excellent communication skills (Oral and Written). Be well-versed in marketing, advertising and public relations strategies Demonstrate flexibility and teamwork Deliver excellent customer service Must be flexible in work hours and days.
