A Paint Manufacturing Company that produces and distribute various ranges of paint products seek to recruit interested and qualified candidate to occupy the post of Human Resources Officer.

 Responsibilities:

·         The successful candidate will be responsible for providing human resource related support to the Human Resources Manager and the organization as a whole

Skills:

·         A good university degree from a reputable institution in personnel management, humanities, social science or related fields

·         Experience in a similar position in a reputable organization

·         Good interpersonal and communication skills

·         Ability to multitask and work with tight deadlines

·         Organizational skills, particularly in respect of maintaining filling systems and personnel records

·         Ability to use Microsoft Packages/software such as Word, Excel, Access, email (e.g. Microsoft outlook), and other computer related tools
