To ensure the smooth, transparent and successful operation of the RSVP project in all ramifications2. To provide information and recommendations to the EiE Board for setting RSVP’s strategic planning, execution and funding priorities3. To coordinate all administrative and operational aspects of RSVPReports To:EiE Executive DirectorPrimary Responsibilities:1. Workplansa. Developing a detailed work plan for RSVP (in conjunction with the ED of EiE)b. Executing project work plans and revising as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements2. Administrationa. Day- to-day administration/operation of the RSVP projectb. Managing supplies & logisticsc. Managing 3rd party contractors: Coordinating 3rd party contractors in the execution of RSVP initiatives & events3. Standards & Documentationa. Effectively applying EiE’s methodology and enforcing project standardsb. Preparing quality assurance proceduresc. Developing a weekly report of RSVP activities and targets for the following week (as required)d. Ensuring project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriatelye. Minimizing exposure and risks on the projectf. Keeping a record of lessons learned for the benefit of project members and EiE4. Leadershipa. Setting daily targets for project staff and ensuring that those targets are met satisfactorilyb. Identifying resource needs and assigning individual responsibilitiesc. Maintaining a weekly record of expenses on the project for reconciliation by the designated project accountantb. Receiving new funds raised for RSVP for reconciliation by the designated project accountantc. Managing project budgetsd. Determining appropriate revenue recognition, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, and monitoring receivables for the projecte. Following up with donors, when necessary, regarding funds and other issuesf. Analyzing project financialsRequired Skills:1. Ability to operate with minimal supervision2. Ability to work full-time for at least 6 months (Note, this is not a part-time job)3. Administrative ability: Proven ability to manage people and processes4.
