WELL SITE MANAGER (D030)REQUIREMENTS
ü Bachelor’s degree / HND in Engineering or Sciences with at least 2nd class lower division or lower credit respectively
ü Not less than 15 years relevant post-degree work experience (including NYSC) in any combination of the following:

ü Ability to drive cultural change at rig site and achieve an incident free workplace
ü Ability to build a team consensus and ability to work effectively and collaboratively in multi-discipline, multi-cultural environment
ü Ability to interact effectively with workover superintendents, peers and service and contractor representatives
ü Ability and willingness to supervise and mentor national work force
DRILLING ENGINEER – JOINT VENTURE (D008)REQUIREMENTS
ü Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a minimum of 2nd class lower division
ü Not less than 12 years relevant post degree work experience (Including NYSC) in same position with previous work as field Drilling Engineer or Drilling supervisor
ü Demonstrable ability to prepare well programs
ü Ability to coordinate a multitude of contractors and equipment in a complex drilling environment
ü Demonstrable capability to analyze and solve complex well drilling and competitions problems
ü Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
ü Good understanding of community and logistics issues related to drilling in Nigerian environment
ü Excellent planning and coordinating skills with effective communication skills
DRILLING ENGINEER – DEEPWATER (D008)REQUIREMENTS
ü Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with at least 2nd class lower division
ü Not less than 15 years relevant post graduate work experience (Including NYSC) as a Driller Engineer, some of which must be in deepwater operations
ü Demonstrated ability to prepare deepwater drilling programs
ü Ability to coordinate a multitude of contractors and equipment in a complex drilling environment
ü Demonstrable knowledge of well planning software
ü Excellent planning organizational and interpersonal skills
ü Good understanding of community and logistics issues related to drilling in Nigerian environment
ü Effective communications skills
DRILLING SUPERINTENDENT (DO11)REQUIREMENTS
ü Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a minimum 2nd class lower division
ü Not less than 20 years relevant post degree work experience in drilling engineering as a superintendent level
ü Demonstrable leadership and interpersonal skills
ü Ability to coordinate a multitude of contractors and equipment in a complex drilling environment
ü Demonstrable capability to analyze and solve complex well drilling and completions problems
ü Excellent organizational and coordinating skills
ü Proven stakeholder-engagement skills
ü Excellent decision-making skills
ü Effective communication skills
