VACANCIES AT AN INDIGENOUS COMPANY IN IBADANA well established indigenous company hereby invites applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the following vacant positions:1.            DEPUTY HEAD, INTERNAL AUDITLocation: Ibadan, Oyo State Reporting to: Head, Internal AuditThe Deputy Head, Internal Audit is to provide the first level support to the Head, Internal Audit in carrying out his responsibilities and support function of the internal Audit Department ·            Primarily assist and support the Head, Internal Audit to effectively and efficiently carry-out the functionalities of the Internal Audit Division within  the entire organization·            Act as deputy Head, Internal Audit by screening all internal reports for approval of the Head, Internal Audit.·            Discuss and settle with the line managers on the significance of audit issues, correctness/propriety of audit reporting and recommendations ·            Ensure strict adherence to applicable laws and regulations ·            Timely generation of reports, its accuracy and prompt reporting to Head, Internal Audit for management requirement.·            Assume the full responsibility of the Head, Internal Audit during his leave of absence only upon delegation·            Carry out audit of business units and departments in accordance with international Auditing Guidelines and the company's laid down account and auditing policies and procedures ·            Make appropriate and practical recommendations to Units and Departments on lapses noted during audit·            Carry out any other assignment as may be required by management ·            Candidates must have B.Sc./HND in Accounting/Banking/Finance or other relevant disciplines with a recognized professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, etc) ·            Not less than 5 years cognate experience in internal auditing in manufacturing industry with strong computer software skills including MS Office Suite Programs and thorough knowledge of Enterprise Resource planning (   ERP) package·            Must be able to install effective cost control mechanism and supervisory experience·            Must possess high level of integrity, honesty and good conduct with no criminal record, ·            Strong numerical and analytical skills and ability to carry out regular check on material usage/consumption2.            ASSISTANT INTERNAL AUDITORLocation: Lagos Reporting to: Head, Internal Audit·            Assist in carrying out audit of business units and departments in accordance with international Auditing Guidelines and the Company's laid down accounting and auditing policies and procedures·            Assist in making appropriate and practical recommendations to unit and department on lapses noted during audit through Deputy Head, internal Audit·            Carry out special investigation/ad hoc assignments as may be required by the Head, Internal Audit·            Carry out any other assignments as may be required by the Head, Internal  Audit ·            Candidates must have B.Sc./HND in Accounting/Banking/Finance or relevant discipline.·            Not less than 3 years cognate experience in internal auditing in manufacturing industry ·            Must possess strong computer software skills including MS Office Suite programs·            Must possess high level of integrity, honesty and good conduct with no criminal record, ·            Strong numerical and analytical skills and ability to carry out regular check on materials usage/consumption3.            SALES REPRESENTATIVESLocation: Lagos, Aba, Owerri, Ibadan, Port Harcourt, Abuja, Kano, KadunaQualification, Experience & Skills:·            B.Sc./HND Marketing, Business Admin, Social Sciences or related discipline minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in sales, preferably in FMCG products·            Ability to source customer-prospects, negotiate, close sales & follow –up·            Target-driven with vast experience in distribution and re-distribution of products ·            Good report writing & presentation skills·            Good driving ability & possession of valid Driver's license·            Candidates for Abuja should have experience and flair for institutional sales ·            Experience in sales of P.E.T products is an added advantage·            Age: not more than 30 yearsRemuneration: Very attractive for all stated positions above.Interested and suitable applicants should indicate on subject the position and location of job being applied for and forward their CVs as an attachment to e-mail: besthandsconsulting@yahoo.com Not later than 2 weeks from the date of this publication Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
