A well established property and investment company operating within a group requires interested and qualified professionals to fill the following positions:

GENERAL MANAGER (PROPERTY)

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer the GM is responsible for all aspects of property management functions of the company in line with the group policies

REQUIREMENTS

A good first degree in Estate ManagementAn LLB, BL or a Master’s degree in Business, Project or Facility ManagementMembership of the Nigerian Institute of Estate Surveyors and valuers or any other relevant professional body is obligatory10 – 15 years experience in a similar position, 7 years of which should be at senior management levelAbility to establish and maintain effective relationship with clients government officials and professionalsMust be a confident and assertive team player with good communication skills and high proficiency in computer use and multimedia applicationsGood attention to details and must have excellent quantitative analytical skillsAbility to approach problems logically and creativelyASSET MANAGER (REAL ESTATE)

Reporting to the General Manager (Property) this position manages free hold and leasehold property of the unit company in line with the group policies

REQUIREMENTS
