[full-time] Financial Control (GIL/AFC) at A Microfinance Bank

Description:

A Microfinance Bank seeks to engage visionary, hard working, energetic, enthusiastic and confident candidates to fill the position of Financial Control.

The successful candidates will be  responsible for ensuring that the bank is abreast and complies with all regulatory requirements, understands the short to long term implications of regulations and their evolution.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess cognate post-graduate experience in similar position.
• A bachelor’s degree in accounting ( minimum of second class lower)
• A relevant professional certificate will be an added advantage
• Must be young and energetic(should not be than 32 years of age)

Requirements:       

• Must be market savvy, innovative, responsible and result oriented and must be able to multi-task and prioritise activities.
• Must have good interpersonal, communication skills and must have good strategic planning and development skills
• Must have leadership and management skills, excellent organization,  leadership and supervisory skills
