[full-time] Relationship Officers (GIL/ARO) at A Microfinance Bank

A Microfinance Bank seeks to engage visionary, hard working, energetic, enthusiastic and confident candidates to fill the position of Relationship Officers(GIL/ARO).

• The successful candidates will be responsible for investigating credit records and related data, conducting initial KYC and analysing resuit.  
• They will be responsible for making recommendations based upon findings.
• May initiate loan disbursement and/or supporting documentation. Generally, he is to ensure that client’s needs and demands are effectively. 
• The candidate must possess at least an OND in a related field 

Requirements

•   Applicants must be highly computer literate(must be conversant with Microsoft suites)
•   Must be market savvy, innovative, responsible and result oriented and must be able to multi-task and prioritise activities
•  Must have good interpersonal, communication skills and must have good strategic planning and development skills
•  Must have leadership and management skills
•  Excellent organization,  leadership and supervisory skills
