[full-time] Operations/Internal Control Manager at A Microfinance Bank

A leading Microfinance Bank requires the services of honest, self-motivated, God fearing and result oriented individuals for immediate employment in its Business Development Group and Operations Department

Requirements:

·         Degree in accounting/finance, with good knowledge of the banking rules and regulations

·         Ability to formulate, implement and enforce compliance of internal control policies, with a good knowledge of at least banking software

·         Cognate working experience in Operations/Auditing department of a financial institution is compulsory
