Plan, direct and co-ordinate the administrative operations, vendor management, catering services, travels, stores and mail servicesProvision of logistics support for organization wide functionsManage the agency’s facilities and assets in a cost-effective mannerFacilitate the development and implementation of effective administration policies, procedures and systems focused on facilitation operational excellenceEducational and Professional QualificationsMinimum of a first degree or its equivalent in Business Administration, Management Sciences or Actuarial sciencePossession of an MBA, or relevant post graduate Degrees and related professional membership of ICA or its equivalent will be an added advantage.Work Experience/Attributes ExpectedMinimum of 10years of relevant work experience, with 8years in administrative, financial and contract-related duties out of which, 5years must be in managerial capacity.
