Diary management and keeping track record of all official documents
Organise and coordinate all corporate travel and accommodation arrangements
Organise meetings, functions and conferences
General Office administration
A first degree from a reputable university
5-10 years post NYSC experience in supporting corporate level executives in a well structured reputable organization
Professional, experience working with confidential matters, strong gatekeeper
Efficient meeting planning and calendar management experience
Domestic and international travel arrangement experience
Knowledge of basic financial concepts
Proficiency with MS Office Suite applications
