A reputable Company functioning primarily as an Information, and Communication Technology (ICT) Systems Integration Group require the service of a qualified professional for the following vacancy.Job Title: Admin and Facilities ExecutiveDepartment: Corporate ServicesThe Admin and Facilities Executive is responsible for the management of office facilities and admin functions, its financial control and risk management. The post holder will support other managers in running of the office and the production of management information that supports and enables high quality decision making. 
He will be responsible for managing the delivery of a range of facilities management services, including office premises, furniture, equipment and vehicle to ensure that the premises provides a high quality, comfortable, safe and efficient working environment for all staff, customers and visitors.
He will be responsible for overseeing the management of office assistants, cleaning, front desk, support personnel, security staff and services.  
Facilities management
Maintenance, safety, security and management of office premises in accordance with management and maintenance plans
Ensures continuous and high quality service delivery including periodic reviews of the premises and its furniture and equipment to monitor standards (good condition and well maintained); repairs instigated or improvements proposed as necessary.
Ensure quality control and customer service.
Ensures that the premises comply with corporate guidelines, values, and health and safety legislation and safe for staff, customer and visitors.
Review of support and security staff services performance, to ensure all duties are carried out in accordance with agreed contract.
Inventory check reports and the quality of inventory record keeping monitored quarterly.
Develop backup plans for common problems envisaged (e.g. Power shortage)
Maintain accurate record keeping of all company assets and create proper system for maintenance, cleaning and repairs
Update Office contacts database regularly and ensure relationships well maintained. Feedback obtained from customers, business partners and other stakeholders is acted on
At least one review of service contracts conducted every year to manage suppliers’ performance and ensure agreed standards of services are provided
All payments for recurrent items are processed according to terms and conditions of the contracts 
Review and regular update the Business Continuity Plan, as ensure its effective communication and understanding across the operation
The office vehicles are kept in good condition at all times. Weekly check of the vehicle log for journeys, repair, maintenance and other expenses for audit purposes.
Office storage maintained in good condition, well arranged and fits for purposes. Orders of office newspapers, printed supplies and stationery reviewed for the efficient use for staff 
Provides support to teams on arrangements of office events 
Support provided for appointed staff including information and logistics arrangements for arrival, settling in, residence and departure. Enquiries responded to and needs satisfied.
An HND in any relevant field (preferably in buisness administration)
Minimum of 2 years in Admin and Facilities management
Health and Safety and Risk Management experience would be an added advantage.
