We are a leading international player in the marine services that offers to the most demanding oil & gas clients worldwide a full line of innovative, safe, high performance and new generation vessels and an expanded offer of offshore oil & gas servicesWe want to recruit a Technical Dry Docking & Maintenance Supervisor based in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, NigeriaDaily organise base engineering work with the technical superintendent
Supervise dry docking and maintenance work at the base
Assist and supervise base engineers during maintenance work
Prepare dry-dock/maintenance report
May be required to perform duties outside of normal responsibilities from time to time
Line reporting & functional linkage:Reports to the Technical Base SuperintendentHighly analytical and with good numeracy skills
Able to work to deadlines with a minimum of supervision
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
At least 5 years Seagoing experience of which at least 2 years as Chief Engineer
Experience in an international environment is an asset
Experience in marine management
Chief Engineer’s license
Past experience as a Base Engineer is an added advantage
