Merchant Support Assistant Needed at Morpheus Limited

An exciting and fast growing Online Business Services Company based in Lagos with an interest in e-Commerce activities is searching to recruit one Merchant Support Assistant for its Business operations.

The preferred candidates duties include (but are not limited to) the following:

1. Assisting merchants to gather and upload information onto e-commerce platforms.
2. Visiting merchant sites on a regular basis
3. Liaising and communicating with merchant contacts
4. Extracting and compiling merchant data merchant data onto spreadsheets
5. Updating merchant data on a regular basis
6. Presenting data to Merchant Recruitment Consultant
7. Informing merchants and responding to their queries
8. Other duties assigned by MD or Merchant Recruitment Consultant

The following key skills are required for this role:

Strong communication and analytical skills
Exceptional interpersonal and teamwork skills

Applicants must also fulfill the following criteria:

Possess a first degree in any field from a reputable University

Be a Corps member whose place of primary assignment is in Lagos state or who has completed the NYSC programme

Be familiar with MS Word, MS Excel and have a basic knowledge of all other MS Office tools.
