Job Summary
Implement quality of service management plans (including resources, systems, timescales and financials) within the framework of Etisalat Nigeria’s annual business plan and long-term strategic objectives
Educational Requirements
Experience, Skills & Competencies
Between one (1) and two (2) years’ directly-relevant post-NYSC work experience in mobile telecommunications systems, preferably in quality, performance and/ or planningStrong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)Good knowledge of 2G and 3G technologiesExcellent communication and reporting skillsIdeal candidate must also be able to demonstrate:Strong technical, analytical and documentation skillsGood problem solving skillsPrincipal Functions
Maintain systems to establish standards relating to activities and productsAssist in ensuring implementation of the necessary communication strategy aimed at increasing awareness and improvement in resolution of quality issues across all departmentsAssist in reporting as necessary on changes in standards and on performance against standardsFollow up with customers’ complaints with the relevant departments until issues are resolved and customers satisfiedMaintain systems to measure performance against established standardsAssist to monitor performance (in relevant areas) according to agreed standards and take necessary action to communicate/ advise according to performance levelsAssist in monitoring, communicating and applying standards created/ maintained by external bodies and integrating such standards within internal quality management systems
