Job Title: Process / Generator Technician

Location: Lagos

Report To: Engineer
To ensure that all factory equipment are functioning to their maximum efficiency with minimum down time in all areas.

Duties & Responsibilities

Manage performance of factory equipment.Coaching of factory personnel on proper utilization of equipment / machineryEliminate / minimize machine related accidents.Minimize equipment related expenses and down-time

Qualifications and Experience

OND in Mechanical Engineering or any related field3 years cognate experience in Maintenance of a production line involving Flow packaging machines, Ovens, Mixers, Conveyors, and Compressors in food Industry experience in the food manufacturing Environment.Experience in preventive maintenance.

Competencies Required

Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Planning and organizational skills.Good interpersonal skillsStrong Communication.Ability to work with diverse teamsManaging resultsContinuous improvement
