To participate in conceptual structural design
•To participate in detail design of various structures and structural components
•To produce detailed structural drawings and shop drawings with construction details in preparation for fabrication.
•To communicate with other disciplines in Engineering
•To refer to and use the relevant standards and regulations when designing and producing engineering documents
• To make continuous efforts to produce efficient designs from a; safety, cost effective and ease of construction perspective.
•To partake in field surveys and inspections both onshore and offshore
•To ensure deliverable meet the; Clients, Class and Marine Warranty Surveyors requirements
Qualifications :
B.Sc/HND in Engineering
•Minimum 2 years of solid experience in Offshore Structural Design
•Familiarization to different Class Codes and Offshore Standards
•Master of structural analysis software applications
•Sound communication experience with construction team
•Experienced Autocad / PDMS user
