Job Title: BSS/TX Implementation Engineer <STRONG>( Lagos, Abuja, Kano, Enugu, Porthacourt)</STRONG></P><P><STRONG>Roles and Responsibilities</STRONG></P><P>Network deployment and implementation of BSS and Transmission systems<BR>Software commissioning and systems testing<BR>RF accessories (RF feeders, jumpers, antennae, TMA etc) installation and commissioning<BR>Radio resources (TRX & Combiners) upgrade/downgrade implementation<BR>Core network nodes (MSC, HLR, IN, etc) installation and commissioning.<BR>Transmission nodes installation and commissioning-Microwave-PDH/SDH, Optical networks nodes-OSN, DWDM, etc<BR>Functional testing, troubleshooting and commissioning<BR>System Integration, verification and feature testing<BR>System acceptance</P><P><STRONG>Skills and Competence Summary</STRONG></P><P>Proficient in GSM, GPRS, CDMA and WCDMA Technologies<BR>Multi-vendor technologies expertise-Huawei, Ericsson, NSN ,Alcatel Lucent and NEC<BR>Proficient in the use of RF testing tools like Site Master, Power Meter, GPS, Spectrum Analyzer, Tilt meter, etc<BR>Excellent Microsoft Office suite skill<BR>Excellent Communication Skills</P><P><STRONG>Qualification and Experience</STRONG></P><P>Bachelor degree in any Engineering or Physical Sciences<BR>At least 2 years working experience on the same role<BR>Excellent Communication skills<BR>Excellent ability to use initiative and work with minimum supervision<BR>Excellent use of Microsoft Office packages<BR>PMP is an added advantage</P><P>2. Job Title: Senior BSS/TX Implementation Engineer ( Team Lead)</P><P>LOCATION: LAGOS</P><P><STRONG>Roles and Responsibilities:</STRONG><BR>• HOLD START UP MEETINGS WITH TEAM MEMBERS TO COMMUNICATE SITE PROGRAMS AND AGREE MILESTONES<BR>• FOLLOW THROUGH ON NETWORK SITE PROGRAMS ENSURING THEY ARE ON TARGET AND ACCORDING TO SPECIFICATIONS<BR>• PERFORM ROUTINE QUALITY CHECKS ON TEAM’S ACTIVITIES ENSURING ALL STEP BY STEP ACCEPTANCE TESTING ACTIVITIES ARE COMPLETED AS SCHEDULED<BR>• ENSURE STRICT ADHERENCE TO CUSTOMER’S NETWORK SITE BUILD, SAFETY, HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT REGULATIONS AND NETWORK SITE BUILD BEST PRACTICES.<BR>• PROVIDE DAILY PROGRESS REPORTS ON ASSIGNED NETWORK SITES, ENSURING DAILY SITE TARGETS ARE ACHIEVED<BR>• IDENTIFY REASONS FOR DELAYS IN PROJECTS AND PLAN ACTIVITIES TO OVERCOME THIS.</P><P><STRONG>Skills and Competence Summary:</STRONG><BR>• 4-5 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN GSM NETWORK SITE BUILD OR GSM EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION (IN EITHER BSS, TX OR NSS)<BR>• EXPERIENCE IN A SUPERVISORY ROLE<BR>• KNOWLEDGE OF BSS SITE STANDARDS AND INDUSTRY BEST PRACTICE</P><P><STRONG>Job Qualification:</STRONG><BR>FIRST DEGREE IN ELECTRICAL/ELECTRONICS ENGINEERING</P><P><STRONG>Method of Application</STRONG><BR>1.
