A leading IT firm specializing in computer based assessment requires the services of exceptional individuals to fill the position of Business Development Manager & Marketing Executives.

·         The individual is responsible for assessments of marketing opportunities and targets markets for the company product

·         The individual is also responsible for evaluating the business and realizing its full potentials, using all resources of marketing, sales, information management and customer care services

Responsibilities:

·         Identify new business

·         Prepare the annual Business Development Plan; as well as prepares the periodic marketing pipeline

·         Assessment of marketing opportunities and target markets

·         Intelligence gathering on customers/clients and competitors

·         Develop and implement strategies for new products and services

·         Develop new relationships and manage the existing ones with clients

·         Ensure public awareness of the company’s deliverables to several institutions, organizations, firms etc

·         Establish and maintain effective relationships  with various institution, agencies and other client representatives

·         Prepare power point presentations, and produce a wide variety of materials including informational and educational brochures, reports and audiovisual material for protective clients and company use

·         Research, analyze, review, and present a variety of marketing strategies for the company

·         Source for and market the company’s product to new clients

Qualifications:

·         A degree in relevant field

·         An MBA would be an added advantage

·         Candidates should have cognate post NYSC experience of the position applied for and must be ready to work anywhere in Nigeria

·         This job has sales targets while the business unit is measured based on profit/loss indices

·         Each Business Development manager will be self sustaining
