The Federal Polytechnic, Offa came into existence in 1992. A presidential pronouncement for its establishment was made at the Palace of His Royal Highness, Olofa of Offa, Oba Mustapha Olawoore Olanipekun Ariwajoye II, by the then Military President, Ibrahim Babangida during a state visit in 1991

Consiquently, Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to fill the vacant staff positions in the Federal Polytechnic Offa:

 POSITION: DIRECTOR, PHYSICAL PLANNING AND PROJECTS

 QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Applicant for the position of Director, Physical Planning and Projects must possess a good Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from a reputable institution of higher learning with at least 17 yearsA Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture plus relevant Master’s Degree with at least 15 year cognate experience.Applicant must be registered with the Nigerian Institute of Architects and must presently hold a position not less than Deputy Director or Chief Architect on COUNTESS 14 inA similar organization or corresponding relevant positions in the Public service.Applicant must be computer literate and must possess the required integrity and managerial skills.

POSITION: CHIEF COMPUTER PROGRAMMER/ANALYST

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Applicants for the position of Chief Programmer/Analyst must possess a good Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science obtained from a reputable institution of higher learning with at least twelve years post-qualification cognate experience,

Possession of a relevant higher degree is an added advantage, in addition, applicants must possess professional certification in Database management System and Oracle/Structure Query language (SQL).

Registration with relevant professional bodies is required.

The Chief Computer Programmer/ Analyst is expected to be conversant with networking and should possess the integrity and competence required to effectively manage the Polytechnic ICT.

Applicants who are currently holding positions less than Assistant Chief Programmer/Analyst need not apply.
