Expert in EDF programming procedures (Junior)

A short term contract to support the Government of Nigeria (GON) in the formulation of the 10th EDF Migration project.

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience;
• Experience in missions for project identification/formulation;
• Sound knowledge and experience with EDF programming procedures including preparation of Project Identification Fiches (PIFs), Action Fiches (AF) and /or Financing Proposals, Technical and Administrative Documents (TAPs), Logframes, Budgets, Special Conditions, Financial Agreements and any other document required during EDF formulation.
• Knowledge and experience on migration issues will be an asset;
• Expertise in problem analysis, stakeholders' analysis and preparation of Logframes;
• Understanding of governance issues in Nigeria will be an asset;
• Full working knowledge of English, as well as excellent report writing and communication skills.
