A reputable and rapidly evolving Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) requires for immediate employment in its team, a highly motivated candidate to fill this vacant position. The successful candidate will be in charge of the company's business development in addition to managing its technical operations nationwide.The candidate will directly report to the Managing Director/CEO of the organization.A good university degree.Possession of a masters degree in a relevant field and/or a degree in medicine (Medical degree) will be an added advantage.15years post qualification experience, of which 7years must have been with an accredited HMO in a senior management positionConsiderable understanding of the health insurance market in Nigeria with particular reference to the operations of National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) and other private insurance schemes.Must be able to interpret Financial data/reports.Must not be less than 40 years of age.Skills, Capabilities & Personal Qualities:Good leadership qualities and physical mobilitySound business acumen and good marketing skillsMust be creative, innovative and have an analytical approach to problem solving.Planning and organizing skillsMust be aggressive and able to reach out to clientsTeam player with sound people management skills
