RESPONSIBILITIES
Interacting with internal Subject Matter Experts to build basic business and technical knowledge.Applying basic business and technical knowledge to identify patterns beyond what is explicit.Adhering to the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct.Exercising good judgment and showing maturity in all client and firm matters.Provides professional support to immediate supervisor as per designated role.Undergoes on -the- job training before assuming a functional role in the relevant department.Completing formal and on the job training on technical skills relevant to role.Responding positively to formal and informal feedback from superiors.Willing to be a seasoned IT Consultant cum Senior Software Engineer within the next 2 years (Acumento can get you there if you are willing)PROFILE
