We are currently looking for enthusiastic individuals with a passion for both HR and Technology to join our Reseller Programme. The programme offers partners the opportunity to make commissions of N200, 000 to N300, 000 per month building their own HR Service Firm.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Key Responsibilities
o Prospecting new clients and following up aggressively on contacts
o Gathering market and customer information; gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements
o Deliver presentations / demos and attend sales meetings to make sales
o Educate prospects about product portfolio and services offered
o Achieve minimum sales targets
Requirements
o Must have an entrepreneurial spirit
o Confidence, boldness and a mature disposition
o Good professional wardrobe
o A high degree of self-motivation and drive
o Good presentation skills
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
o Ability to convince business people on the benefits of a solution
o Ability to build relationships with corporate clients
o Previous sales experience is an added advantage
