A.      REGISTRY

i.                    DEPUTY REGISTRAR (CONTISS 14)

REQUIREMENTS

·         First degree from a recognized institution with at least 2nd class lower division with NYSC discharge certificate/certificate of exemption

·         SSCE/NECO/WASC/GCE O/L credits in 5 subjects including English and Mathematics

·         Not less than 17 years relevant post NYSC working experience

·         Must not be below the level of principal Assistant Registrar in a Federal University or comparable institution

·         Must be computer literate and demonstrate proficiency in the deployment of Information Technology in Database Management, e-Registration, e-Administration and General Management

·         Higher qualification will be an advantage

·         Must be a duly registered member of NIM, CIPM or other equivalent professional bodies

ii.                  SENIOR ASSISTANT REGISTRAR (LEGAL) (CONTISS 11)

REQUIREMENTS

·         First degree in Law from a recognized institution with at least 2nd class lower division and BL plus NYSC discharge certificate/evidence of exemption

·         SSCE/NECO/WASC/GCE O/L credits in 5 subjects including English and Mathematics

·         Minimum of 10 years experience in litigation and practical solicitor experience

iii.                ASSISTANT REGISTRAR, LITIGATION (LEGAL) (CONTISS 9)

·         Not less than 17 years relevant post NYSC Accounting experience

·         Must not be below the level of Chief Accountant in a Federal University or comparable institution

·         B. sc Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering and Software Engineering

·         Professional qualification s from a recognized institution with at least 2nd class lower division with NYSC discharge certificate/evidence of exemption

·         SSCE/NECO/WASC/GCE O/L credits in 5 subjects including English and Mathematics

D.     WORKS AND PHYSICAL PLANNING

i.                    DEPUTY DIRECTOR OF WORKS (CONSTRUCTION & PROJECT MANAGEMENT (CONTISS 14)

REQUIREMENTS

·         First degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building or Quantity Surveying from a recognized institution with at least 2nd class lower division with NYSC discharge certificate/evidence of exemption

·         SSCE/NECO/WASC/GCE O/L credits in 5 subjects including English and Mathematics

·         Not less than 17 years relevant post qualification experience on the job with a minimum of 6 years practical experience in construction and project management

·         Must be computer literate and must demonstrate proficiency in the deployment of Information Technology in project planning, management and administration

·         Must be well versed in the procurement Act 2007

·         Must be corporate members of relevant professional bodies and must be regulated by the relevant regulatory bodies

·         Must be duly certified by PMI or equivalent

ii.                  DEPUTY DIRECTOR OF WORKS (OPERATIONS & MAINTENANCE) (CONTISS 14)

REQUIREMENTS

·         First degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution with at least 2nd class lower division with NYSC discharge certificate/evidence of exemption

·         SSCE/NECO/WASC/GCE O/L credits in 5 subjects including English and Mathematics

·         Not less than 17 years relevant post qualification experience on the job with at least 6 years practical experience in maintenance of infrastructures

·         Must be computer literate and must demonstrate proficiency in the deployment of information technology in management of operations and maintenance

·         Must be corporate members of NSE and registered by COREN

·         Fellowship of the professional institution and higher degrees will be an advantage

iii.                PRINCIPAL ENGINEER (MECHANICAL, CIVIL AND ELECTRICAL) (CONTISS 11)

REQUIREMENTS

·         First degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution with at least 2nd class lower division with NYSC discharge certificate/evidence of exemption

·         Must be duly registered with COREN with at least 10 years engineering experience
