SENIOR MANAGER, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & STRATEGIC PLANNING – REF 001REQUIREMENTS
ª A god degree in an Engineering discipline
ª Not less than 10 years post NYSC experience with at least 6 years in a similar position in an oil and gas firm
ª Membership of COREN / NSE
ª Good communication and interpersonal skills
ª Must have a portfolio of projects successfully sources and an active network in the oil and a gas industry
ª Experience in Engineering design of oil and gas facilities
ª Hands on experience in bidding for projects with the IOCs and NNPC
ª Ability to develop, evaluate and build business case support for new strategic initiatives and projects and highlight key commercial and strategic insights
ª Must be able to conduct market intelligence, competitor analysis, support internal initiatives and evaluate organizational performance
ª Must have understanding and ability to interpret clearly RFQs for Engineering projects
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER – REF 002REQUIREMENTS
ª A good degree in an Engineering discipliner
ª A master’s will be an advantage
ª Not less than 6 years experience in a similar position in an oil and gas firm
ª Must have demonstrated problem solving ability
ª Excellent analytical and strong verbal and written communication skills
ª Membership of COREN/NSE
ENGINEERING MANAGER (LOCAL /EXPATRIATE) – REF 003REQUIREMENTS
ª Experience managing an integrated engineering design team in the oil and gas sector
ª Must have managed EPC projects in the range of $20 – $50million
ª Some early Engineering design experience
ª Not less than 15 years post NYSC relevant experience; MBA will be an advantage
ª Must be able to network and effectively manage internal and external relationships
COST ESTIMATOR – REF 004REQUIREMENTS
ª B. sc Quantity Survey or Civil Engineering
ª Not less than 6 years of practical experience
ª Experience in oil and gas projects, power and infrastructural projects
ª Project management certification
ª Familiar with cost risk analysis practices
ª Excellent oral and written communication
CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER – REF 005REQUIREMENTS
ª B. sc in Civil /Structural / Mechanical Engineering
ª Not less than 8 years experience with at least 5 in a similar position
ª Must have experience in construction of oil and gas facilities and infrastructure
ª Must have demonstrated problem solving ability
ª Excellent analytical and strong verbal and written communication skills
ª Membership of COREN/NSE
CRANE OPERATORS – REF 006REQUIREMENTS
ª Not less than 4 years relevant experience
ª Must have CACES certification issued by Bureau VERITAS, PAVE or their equivalent
