Our unique selling point is comprehensive technical & operational coverage from project inception to final completion and we offer specialist consultancy, project & interim management services.We are currently looking to hire an interested and qualified person for the above professional.Job Title:  General Manager Bureau De ChangeReports To: Group Executive ChairmanWork on various initiatives with management, with a view to controlling costs or generating new streams of income 
Meet set targets and organizational objectives 
Plan, lead, organize and control staff activities at branch level 
Risk management: Identify and analyze risks and put contingencies in place 
Ensure operational effectiveness (i.e. equipment, processes, forms, rules etc) 
Timely preparation of reports, and ad-hoc reports requested by management 
Building and maintaining customer relationships
Performance of the branch on a Financial and Operational level 
Smooth manpower management 
Quick, accurate, courteous and efficient customer service 
Accurate handling of cash 
Adhering to quality standards in terms of documentation and processing 
Balance cash and transactions daily and report any variances 
Engage in the buying and selling of foreign exchange from/to CBN (weekly Bid), Banks (Autonomous), and end-users or any other source.
Ensure compliance in the dealings of purchase and sale of foreign exchange
Ensure safety precautionary measures are observed when moving foreign exchange either in time of purchase or sale.
Ensure compliance with the requirements in rendering the stipulated returns (daily and monthly) to regulatory bodies.
Appraise credit customer’s request.
Review profit and Loss Account at the branch level monthly.
Excellent communicator  (both written and verbal)

Planning and Organizing skills 
Drive to succeed  
Marketing oriented, strong accounting knowledge and Target driven
Skilled in reporting & returns preparation of Bureau De Change to CBN
Good communication skills
Ability to work with no supervision

High computer literacy, “MS Word & Excel”
EDUCATIONAL /EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTSThe position requires a Sound Degree (minimum of 2:1) in Business Administration, Economics or Accounting with a strong bias in Banking, Accountancy, Financial Management and Business Administration. 
Must have a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience  with  2-3 years of team leading experience in  a Bureau De Change company
