Should have been writing .Net programs for at about 1-2 years.
Should be able to write .Net programs in either C# or VB.Net and have a good understanding of Object Oriented programming.
Should be able to design software systems using UML and other Use case tools
Should have a good grasp of Service Oriented Architecture and should be able to write both XML Web Services and WCF Web Services.
Should have a good grasp of the .net framework including Workflow foundation.
Should be able to write software using web, windows and RIA technologies.
Should be conversant ASP.Net, MVC 2 or 3, and Microsoft Silverlight 4.
Should have developed applications utilizing Microsoft SQL Server (2005 or 2008)
Should understand interface and client side technologies such as HTML, Javascript, CSS, JQuery and XAML.
Should have at least conceptual skills in writing for the Windows Azure platform.
Excellent English Skills (written and verbal)
Good Demeanor and pleasant personality
Should be between 21 and 28 years of age both years inclusive.
Should possess a relevant BSc or HND degree
Developer certifications (MCPD, MCSD) would be an advantage.
Proof of previous relevant development work (URLs, Demo Applications) would be required.
Project management skills or competencies would be an advantage.
