We seek qualified candidates for this position in Nigeria.Position Title: Senior Technical Officer (Lab Equipment Maintenance)The position holder will provide technical expertise and assistance to the laboratory equipment maintenance services in the laboratory component of FHI Nigeria projects.
S/he will provide technical support and develop quality policies, quality tools, SOPs and recommendations related to the implementation, monitoring and quality assurance of laboratory equipment operational and maintenance services for HIV/AIDS, opportunistic (OI) and malaria care and treatment in collaboration with technical staff within FHI and at national, state and local agencies in Nigeria
B.sc/BA in public health or related field, and 7-9 years relevant experience in HIV/AIDS or family planning with international development programs.
Overseas field experience required;
OR
M.sc/MA/MPH in public health or related field, and 5-7 years relevant experience in HIV/AIDS or family planning with international development programs.
Overseas field experience required.
OR
PhD, MD or similar degree with 3-5 years relevant experience in HIV/AIDS or family planning with international development programs.
