Location: Lagos ResponsibilitiesThe successful Customer Care Executive will have responsibility for: Providing excellent customer services to all the customers Answering all inbound calls and making outbound calls Responding promptly to Help Desk Inbox emails in a timely fashion and to provide accurate solutions for customers Responding promptly to social media enquiries Taking ownership, handling and resolving customer complaint’s Keeping accurate records of customer interactions, enquiries, comments and complaints Communicating and coordinating with internal departments Communicating ideas and helping find solutions for departmental issues Managing administration duties Skills & Specifications: Degree in any discipline Proficiency In Word & Excel Typing Speed: 30w/m Spelling Aptitude Preferred: Hausa Speaking
