The service of a Project Manager is needed for urgent employment.

Requirements

•Ensure the project team and stakeholders commitments
•Define the project management plan, including project resources leveraging a team model across the organization
•Monitor and control project activities and progress
•Provide regular visibility internally and externally on project progress, risks, contingency plan and issues with proper alerts and escalations
•Organize the knowledge transfer to relevant teams (deployment, maintenance)
•Identify lessons learned in performing a post-mortem & sprint retrospectives
•As Scrum Master: ensure Scrum process follow-up and moderates team

•Bachelor degree in Computer Sciences, engineering or equivalent
•4+ years in project management in the software development area including years in web development (in LAMP or other enterprise development environments) or other complex systems
•Leadership, initiative and decision making, risk taking and ability to work under pressure
