Job Description Services Solutions Manager SME assive Fiber-00064697 Description Services Solutions Manager SME assive Fiber Overall purpose OSP network design OSP project costing OSP project specifications Pre-sales support Consulting (internal) Responsibilities Costing of OSP projects Develop installation specifications derived from Customer RFP Derive Bill of Materials from design and customer specifications and determine most cost effective solutions Derive Bill of Services from design and customer specifications Determine project related costs (management, supervision, in-country costs, ROW, survey) Partake in SDP1, SDP2 and TPCM discussions and decisions Overall responsibility for route surveys Assist Sourcing with RFQ and Specifications Assist sourcing with RFQ specifications for services for each project Assist sourcing with RFQ specifications for 3rd part products Assist sourcing to analyse RFQ replies and identify suitable Service Providers for each project Assist sourcing with technical evaluation of potential Service Providers for each project Documentation Maintain and update General Specification for Civil Works Maintain and update RFQ template documentation for Service Providers and Statement of Work Maintain and update Ericsson specification documentation for OSP materials Maintain and update documentation of 3rd party specification documentation Produce statement of compliance for every project Produce final responsibility matrix for projects OSP Network Design Overall responsibility for OSP network design and specifications Creating and developing and maintaining solution documents for projects in accordance with customer specifications Innovation – developing alternate solutions other than specified in customer specifications Maintain and update documentation of 3rd party specification documentation Technical presentations to clients Presales Support & Consulting Assisting KAM and Account with preliminary designs and product specifications Assisting KAM and Account with product choice and specifications Assisting KAM with Budgetary costing Technical presentations to clients Training – to ensure SP’s are equipped to execute the project in accordance with Ericsson requirements Knowledge and Experience required Experience Minimum of 10 years relevant hands-on experience – OSP Fibre Civil works OSP Fibre Backbone, Metro & Access Design Costing & Quantity Surveying Telecommunication Transmission Systems Fibre Optic Transmission Technology Management Consulting Business & Financial Modelling Skills and Competencies Skill Requirements Technical Fully skilled in all aspects of Fibre Optic Telecommunications Networks Fully skilled and experienced in all aspects of OSP civil works Business Quantity Surveying Costing Business Modelling Human Be able to work in a team Self initiator and motivator Assertive, confident Manage project teams Travel requirements Required to travel for extended periods – 2-3 weeks at a time Qualifications Tertiary qualification – telecommunications, financial, business Job Sales Support Primary Location Nigeria Schedule Full-time Job Posting Oct 17, 2012, 1:32:15 PM Unposting Date Oct 31, 2012, 10:59:59 PM B Program Director PA CSI – RSSA -00054957 Description The CSI Program Director drives large and complex Consulting & Systems Integration solution engagements towards one of Ericsson’s customers.
