Job Title: National Sales Manager

Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

Plan, organize, direct and control your sales staff to meet set objectives.,Establish a sales objective for the department.Develop, Implement and Monitor sales and marketing budgets & activities.Provide leadership for the area sales managers.Sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordinglyPreparation of Monthly sales reportsAnalysis and control of expenditures to conform with budgetary requirements

Qualification & Attributes

Must have a degree in PharmacyMBA or Masters degree in marketingA minimum of 5 years experience in sales managementMust have excellent IT skillsWillingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.Proven track record in managing and directing a highly skilled, motivated, successful and results-oriented sales force.Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.Able to operate in a fast-paced and changing market environmentWork experience in a Pharmaceutical company is an added advantage.
