Account and Administrative Manager
Role
To handles all aspects of accounting and administrative functions and ensure the company’s policies and procedures are effectively implemented and complied with.
Key Responsibilities:
To handle all accounting functions including in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles as well as other applicable laws, rules and guidelines.The account officer must maintain payments and receipts.He must ensure all the bills are paid properly.Ensure that procurement and administrative policies and procedures are adhered to and are compatible with donor criteria.Ensure internal financial and administrative procedures are compatible with prevailing laws of the company’s procedures.Prepare and present annual financial statement up to external audits.Ability & Skills
Ability to write clear and concise reports, good spoken and written EnglishProven ability to produce results within tight deadlines.Must have administrative experienceMust be able to lead and/or manage people .Analytic skills and decision making ability even in complex and sensitive situations.Qualification
