The potential candidates will be obligated to strengthen the Body, build and support each Directorate to meet the goals and objectives and ensure consistent achievement of superior results.</p><p><strong>POSITION: HEAD, REGIONAL OFFICE (SOUTH –SOUTH REGION)<br />JOB ROLE<br /></strong>• This role reports to the Director, Membership Services and the ideal candidate would oversee all activities of the organization in the South -south region. He/she is expected to manage the zone office effectively to run profitably while representing the interests of the organization in providing assistance to new and existing members.</p><p><strong>THE FUNCTION INCLUDES</strong>;<br />• Serving the needs of members and local chapters within the South – south region<br />• Work with Private organizations to increase the membership size of the region<br />• Liaise with Ministries Departments and Agencies within the region to offer bespoke products to suit their needs<br />• Develop training programs and develop capacity building.<br />• Grow the number of members and ensure that all existing members pay their subscriptions<br />• Conduct tracings within and outside the country profitably<br />• Execute the interest of the organization within the zone<br />• Form partnerships and establish good relationships with members</p><p><strong>POSITION: HEAD, REGIONAL OFFICE (NORTH –WEST REGION)<br />JOB ROLE<br /></strong>This role reports to the Director, Membership Services and the ideal candidate would oversee all activities of the organization in the North West region, thus effectively representing the organization. He/she is expected to manage the regional office to run profitably, develop and market training programs, acquire new members while representing the interests of the organization in providing assistance to new and existing members within the region</p><p><strong>THE FUNCTIONS INCLUDE</strong>:<br />• Serving the needs of members and local chapters within the<br />• North – west region<br />• Work with Private organizations to increase the membership size of the region<br />• Liaise with Ministries, Departments and Agencies within the region and offer bespoke products to suit their needs<br />• Develop training programs and develop capacity building initiatives<br />• Grow the number of members and ensure that all existing members pay their subscriptions<br />• Conduct trainings within and outside the country profitably<br />• Execute the interests of the organization within the zone<br />• form partnerships and establish good relationships with members<br />• Meet the regional targets as agreed with the Management of the<br />• Organization</p><p><strong>POSITION: CONSULTANTS</strong><br />• The ideas candidates would be responsible for the design, packaging marketing, coordinating and facilitating at least two of the broad areas within the Organization. These areas include finance/accounts, General Management, Operations Management, Human Resources, Marketing and other relevant area.</p><p><strong>THE FUNCTIONS INCLUDE</strong><br />• Getting deeply involved in the conducting of research for the organization for the purpose of providing sound advice to existing and new members<br />• Responsible for the- Identification of key issues in specific areas and recommendation of implementation of solutions that would help the growth of the organization.<br />• Facilitating training programs for organization in both the public and private sector<br />• Design and development of training materials and courses in various areas</p><p><strong>POSITION: DIRECTOR OF FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION<br /></strong>The Director of finance and administration role is both an executive and Strategic position that reports directly to the CEO, The ideal candidates would be responsible for coordinating all Finance and Administrative activities of the organization and initiate long term Financial and Administrative policies in line with the ever changing business environment. He/she would be expected to develop strategies to mange the Finance of the organization and ensure that support functions are coordinated effectively to aid the smooth running of the organization.</p><p><strong>JOB ROLE</strong><br />The job functions include:<br />• Participate in the development of the strategic plan and budget of the organization with other top management staff<br />• Develop and operationalize accounting, Financial management and Administrative systems for the Organization<br />• Ensure Financial and other reporting systems are maintained to the standards required by regulatory bodies<br />• Create policy and procedure manuals to ensure effective management of the organization’s resources.<br />• Manage all human resources responsibilities including the dissemination, tracking and compiling of annual staff evaluations; recruiting for open positions; developing and revising position descriptions; maintaining personnel files; maintaining the employee benefits package<br />• Recommend cost-effective management systems<br />• Ensure the production of accurate monthly management accounts<br />• Effectively coordinate ail Finance and Administrative activities within the organization<br />• Work closely with the leadership Team, advising them on the likely financial consequences of all proposed courses of action.</p><p><strong>POSITION: DIRECTOR OF CAPACITY BUILDING</strong></p><p>The Director of Capacity Building role is both an Executive and Strategic position that reports directly to the CEO. The ideal candidate would be responsible for coordinating training activities, research development and management consultancy for clients Nationwide.
