Take leadership and develop a high performance team culture in warehousing, inventory management and customer service. Copied from: www.hotnigerianjobs.com<P><STRONG>Key Accountabilities</STRONG></P>Management of inventory and control of fulls and empties and accountable for the efficient receipt of products to achieve set objectives and ensuring fraud-free distribution operationsResponsible for ensuring efficient support to packaging lines with empties and provision of adequate storage space for packaged productsManage vehicle utilization and efficiency to achieve target turn-round and journey times in the breweries to maximize operational efficiency to support the downstream supply chain activitiesDevelop and closely follow up on the training and development needs of his / her team in order to enhance and embed productivity in the warehouse in line with departmental objectivesResponsible for the effective management and prompt handling of customer complaints and sales / marketing related issuesManage compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) with internal and external customersImplement and monitor waste minimization initiatives<P><STRONG>Qualifications and Experience</STRONG></P>B.Sc./HND in a relevant disciplineMinimum of 4 years working experience in a related operations or inventory management roleComputer literate and ability to work under pressure and respond to tight deadlinesGood interpersonal skills and a team player.
