An expanding security printing organisation with offices in Nigeria and Ghana, seek to employ a suitably qualified candidate for the position of General Manager Production.To have responsibility for all production and manufacture activities of the Group both local and offshore
Planning and execution of group’s entire production process for secure and commercial printing
Resource mapping, planning and management
Formulate and implement strategies for guaranteed best production practices
Direct divisional bottom line responsibilities vis efficient production
Reports directly to the Group MD
Sterling Leadership Qualities
Excellent knowledge of the print Production
Hands on experience of Print Management and ERP systems
Minimum of 15 years working experience with at least 5 years previous management experience. (A security printing outfit experience not a must)
Ideally, suitable candidates should have graduated in print technology, production Management, engineering or any other suitable first degree.
An MBA will be an advantage
