Update employee’s skills and knowledge database
Participate in the identification of potential candidates for future roles.
Implement and monitor succession plans within the group
Develop job profiles
Source for talent for the company
Manage the on-boarding process of new employees and monitor same  up to confirmation stage
Degree in Social Science or related field
Must be a member of CIPM
Minimum of 6 years post qualification experience in Human Resources.
Must possess the ability to conduct surveys, collate and interpret reports for decision making.
Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills.
Substantial proven performance in a human resource management generalist role
Demonstrated ability to interact and consult effectively with employees and different levels of   management
Good interviewing and assessment skills
Excellent teaming and interpersonal skills
Must possess the ability to identify areas or weakness and support same with recommendations.
